Ordering Information
To purchase an item online from Sorella Creations, simply select the
items you would like to order and click on "add to cart" to pay with
a credit card or bank account via PayPal
the internet's most trusted payment service. For
Custom Orders or to pay for an order via check or money order, please
contact us via email with your order and we will tell you how to proceed.
We cannot accept payment in cash. An order will ship as soon as the
check clears or funds are confirmed, and you will receive notification
via email once the items have been shipped.
Shipping: The shipping charge for orders up to $75
is $4. All orders over $75 receive free shipping. Orders are shipped
via USPS Priority, UPS Ground or FedEx. For expedited shipping, or
for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas, please contact us directly
for shipping charges.
Return Policy: If for any reason you are not happy
with your order, please return your item in its original condition
to us within ten days of your purchase. We will refund the full purchase
amount, less shipping charges.
Sales Tax: There is no charge for sales tax when
you order from Sorella Creations.
Privacy and Data Security: We
value your privacy and do not sell or distribute your personal information
to any other sources. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data
accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in
place appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure the information
